You can also create a new PDF preset or edit any existing preset. For example, with the Web preset, the resolution of the images in the PDF file is optimized for the Web. When you export a document as a PDF file, you can choose from several PDF presets, which apply specific settings. You can add more source files from other locations by clicking Add in the Insert Pages. You can also export an individual selection or an entire document to a PDF file. PDF files are added directly, and non-PDF files are converted to PDF. A PDF file can also be uploaded to an intranet or the Web.
